Solution:

1. On site grasp of the current situation of problems encountered by customers, confirm equipment cutting parameters, board veneer toughness, board impurity content, in use saw blade specifications and accuracy.
2. Principle analysis, following up on customer feedback, confirming that the cutting surfaces of the topmost and bottommost veneers are OK, can rule out the reasons for blade head passivation and insufficient saw blade accuracy.
3. On site, reducing the feed speed of the saw blade or decreasing the number of layers of the cutting plate at the same time can effectively solve the problem. Therefore, it can be determined that the cause of the problem is that based on the current situation of veneer toughness, the cutting parameters and specifications of the selected saw blade are not suitable and should be adjusted.

Processing result: Due to the fact that the toughness of the veneer and the cutting speed are non adjustable factors in the short term, we ultimately recommend to the customer to choose a specification with fewer teeth. Verified by the customer, this solution is effective.
